  1. In the WW II posters, I like “All in the Army Now” because it greatly appealed to people through patriotism, showing Uncle Sam saluting the working class of America.
For Monsters, Kittens, and Aliens, I like the photo where the girl was trying to prove that fairies exist. I found it humorous in that some people actually believed that.
And another funny photo is in Brief History of Photo Fakery, the one where they removed the post in the background behind the woman’s head cause she looked liked she is the one wounded (getting stabbed) and not the person in front of her.

  2. i chose picture 9 of the fakery. i chosed it becaused the ground looks too fake and it wasn’t the picture of the original flag.

i chose picture 3 for hoaxes. i chose it becasuse the wings were too fake as for you can see the membrane holding it together.

i chose picture 6 for the propaganda. i chose it because the three countries shown we big and powerful.

  3. In image 12, the two missiles photo, of Photo Fakery, I find what many individuals would believe to be true, for the second image was altered but that picture was released to the public a day before the actual image. If the band “There for Tomorrow” plays “Icebox”, then we say that the band played “Omarion’s” song because Omarion made “Icebox” song first, unless proved otherwise.

Few people believed Hitler’s diary, image 19 of Hoaxes, to be real because of their enthusiastic to gain more history knowledge! With the text of the diary that looks similar to that of Hitler handwriting, one would have to think logic before one can decide.

The Propaganda poster of Hitler image 17 tend to be believable to people because all of the features of that image are based off of his “evil” actions, which are learned in textbooks about and only his “evil” deeds. The picture is actually exaggerating showing all that is Hitler is “evil”. Basically, it is showing one side that everyone knows about: The Holocaust and how “evil” it is.

  4. In the fakery photos i like image 6. People believe in this because in one of the picture a Native American is pulling the house oand captain.

In the Hoaxes i llike image 3. People could believe in it because there is bones that are like reals one to.

In the Prpoganda, i like image 11. People believe in this one because Hilter is destroying every country and it show Hitler as a Maneaters.

  5. I chose number 11 and 12. In 11 there was a picture of smoke in Israel, and the reason why i think people believed that was becasue there is probably smoke in israel becasue of the fighting between the Israels and the palestinians, so its imanigable that there is smoke from bombs and stuff. The reason why 12 had missles was becasue people heard news that israel shot missles, so how adding a missle will change the difference in 3 missles

  6. i chose the fifteen picture for the fake photo. i think people will believe it for the first missle was a sucessful launch.
i chose the Montauk moster picture for the hoaxes. i think people believe in this beast for the scienceist have no really clue what animal it really is.
i chose the “We can do it” for it is true. woman during world war 2 was able to build war machines and make enough supplies for the american militaries forces to use.

  7. For the ww2 photos I chose the first one because I basically just thought the it was a beautiful ad…. I began to believe it.

For the Hoaxes I choose the bigfoot one because I remember sitting in my house when the news first came out and thinking, “THIS IS AWESOME!!!”

Of the doctored photos I chose the one about the monster washing up on shore because I was there.

I think people believe things like this because it’s easy to. People don’t tell us that it’s wrong and it was on the news so why not? Also it has to be catchy and grab attention. Most of the time people choose to believe something that they don’t know too much about so it makes it easier for us to not question what it going on. Laziness can effect our perception.

  8. in the propaganda pictures i chose picture #30 because they were getting the young mens attention and getting more young men to enroll because they said they could get any young girl they wanted because they all love marines.
For the fake pictures i chose the picture with hitler because you can tell that someone had been removed because you can see the blur in the picture where the person useed to be.
For the hoaxes i pick the picture 18 because the “soldier” being held looks real but when you look at it closely you can tell that it is an action-figure.

  9. For the fake picture, the one that seemed fake to me was #1 because that man does not have a face expression that convonces me that he has been killed at that moment. His fall looked like it was planned.

For the propaganda, I chose #11 because it shows Hitler’s dominance and the power he had at the moment and how he aimed for more.

For the hoaxes, I chose #11 because that one seemed so incredible and impossible at the same time. Those skeletons seemed like they were real, but unbelievable because they were huge compared to regular size ones.

  10. Hoax: i chose the one where the guy faked his own death so he can get his death insurance because you hear about people dying and it’s nothing new.
Fake photo: i chose the one with North Korea’s leader Kim because many people don’t look carefully at details. i looked at his feet to see if he had shadow and didn’t notice the inconsistency with the platform.
Propaganda: i chose the one where the Germans tell the people to turn off their lights so that the enemies won’t be able to bomb them at night because it brings fear in people’s mind, making it effective.

  11. I liked the propagand a poster where it has the woman holding the man and its says women love men who are on submarines. People would probably pick this one during the time because if you were a man that didn’t have a woman and was not that good looking you probably wanted ta go sign up for the Submarine so you could get a woman.

My favorite hoax was the one about the guy forging what was supposed to be hitlers diary because he got rich off of it and that is just amaizing how much he got paid for it.

The best doctored photo to me was the one of the beatles and how Paul Macartny was holding the cigarrette in a different hand on the real photo then on the fake one.

  12. Fake photo: The photo that chose was photo #1 because i think that the man looks very fake falling. Usually when people fall they tend not to have a face expression like their smiling.

Hoax:I chose the photo #2 because i thought that is was kind of funny how people would actually believe that fairy’s exist.

Propaganda: the picture that i chose was #15 because to me the picture looks like its telling all women that they are able to do the same things men are able to do. And the picture might also mean women should stand up and fight for their equal rights as men.

  13. While going thought the photos, it amazes me people believe this kind of stuff exist and spread like wild fire around the internet. Some people are very convinced on visual presentation then words.
My favorite doctored photo would me the 9/11 tourist photo. I remind me of how that every time a plane fly thought the towers of New York in gets on the new but its turn out to me false alarm.
Next photo was the dead crops of a fairy that was sold on eBay. I heard that living breathing pikachu were sold in japan for billions of yen. Turns out to be hamster spray in gold.
The WW2 poster I like to point out was American must work harder from invading Japanese. It got people to think that producing more weapons in factory will give them the upper edge and their homeland safe.

  14. photo fakery: i choose photo 6,because it was funny that they took out the other person and it just showed that most of the pictures of famous people can be fake.

hoaxes: i choose photo 3, because it does look real but then if you look closely it looks like the wings are just a bunch of crumble dry leafs.

WW1: the photo if chose was 17, because it shows a picture of a woman stabbed in the chest. It emphisizes hitler by showing his image on the top looking down.

  15. Fake: While looking through the fakery photos I found the one photo of Jefferson and Lincoln interesting because the background is different. Lincoln’s background is more lighter then Jefferson’s background. Another fact is that Lincoln is taller.

Hoaxes: Images 5 of the greatest hoaxes in the world seem fake because of its head. The head is more non-realistic then a human head. The features of the head.

Propaganda: Images 15 is very persuasive in some ways. For example usually men known to be more stronger then women. The picture of the women really caught others attentions especially the men’s attention.

  16. I choose The Dam Busters and Please Release Me.
Please release me was wrong on so many levels how could they break the hearts of so many people that had family members locked up.
The Dam Busters was not right it ruined the lives of innocent people that had already had their houses demolished in the flood the year before.

These pics are from top 10 hoaxes

  17. Photo Fakery: I chose 12. I think that people believed each one because they just go for a quick answer from what they see instead of researching for the truth.
Hoaxes: I chose image 2. I think that people believed this because they didn’t have a great understanding of technology and what it is able to do.
Propaganda: I chose image 5. I think people believed this because they advertised it, and people are easily fooled by what they see.

  18. Fake: I chose picture #6, Benito Mussolini looked heroic and powerful with his pose ontop of the horse. Anyone would believe he was majestic and dominating because of that picture, but the truth is a horse handler was holding on to the horse the whole time. To me it seemed real at first but after taking a look the second time around it looked fake and suprising.

Hoaxes: I chose Hitler’s Diaries as the biggest hoaxe because two scam artists chose to take a giant leap and forge Adolf Hitler’s handwriting, making mistakes along the way. People believed this because the diaries passed three writing tests and it came from Germany, but their story just seemed fake. Someone would have found his diaries by now it would not have been uncovered by a reporter. Just making everyone seem gullible.

Propaganda: I chose picture #13 because it had a woman carrying her baby in it, and along the sides were the Japanese and Nazis. People would have believed that they should keep their wives and children away and safe from those wretched people. Pictures that deal with family and especially babies upon them is a sure garuntee that people will most likely believe them.

  19. Doctored-Photos: I chose the photo subtitled “Hitler Meets with Leni Riefenstahl, 1937.” It is immediately suspicious that the legitimacy of the photo is absolute once you see the foggy outline to the right of Hitler. People must have not been aware that a photo could not always be the absolute truth. They accepted it without question, in addition, they knew not of what was being hidden. If they did, they dared not question the furer.

Hoaxes:War of the worlds! No doubt that there is anyone who hasn’t heard of this one. This proves how gullible the American(well, not just exclusively Americans they just happen to have been the subjects)public can be manipulated out of fear. When people feel threatened they tend to beleive anything.

Propaganda:I chose #37. This propaganda poster appeals to American patriotism. It gives American’s a uplifting image in which it seems to join the country together in hopes of winning the war and uniting under one cause.

  20. The chainsaw illusion is fake because your eyes are being played and your senses do trick you and people got tricked into believing it.

Napoleon is dead is hoaxes because it was a drawn picture and you can’t always believe what you see and most people believe what they see cause they look at in common sense.

The propaganda WWII is weird looking with the USA flag and other symbols that a body guard is holding while stepping on a city maybe ? People believed that one because it symbolizes something and often people believe what they see.

  21. Fakery: i like the 1s one because a soldier dont come falling fr: the sky smiling. He must be scare or something.
Hoaxes: i like the war of world #6 because he seem like he sanging or something else.
Propaganda: i like #2 because the 2 country that were fighting were flying airplane and shake hand. Also bombs were dropping everywhere.

  22. Fake: I chose Picture number 12. People could actually tell which is fake and which is real but no one wants to observe so they always go for first things seen and never do a double check.
Hoaxes: I chose “War of the Worlds”. Most people believe its true because they hear it or think that they might have seen it. But the truth is that eyes can trick what you see and hearing is always missing a part.
Propaganda: I chose the last picture of “All in the Army Now”. That picture represents all the Americans and that everyone one should work together to get things done and not let only one person to do everything. Everyone is in the war with the world to win.

  23. fake:
I chose “A Brief History Of Photo Fakery.” I believe that most people would believe that picture because the person in the picture was armed with weapons, and that person might of looked like a soldier from the old days.

    Hoax:
I chose “The Greatest Hoaxes That Fooled The World.” Anyone would believe these pictures because it seems realistic and they can be newly discovered things that has not been yet named.

    Propaganda:
i chose “Cigarette Advertising.” I chose that one because, it is advertising the cigarettes and it is showing people that cigarettes are good. The more it is shown around, more people are influenced to do the same thing. Most people just follow in what they see, so most people will actually believe that cigarettes are good.

  24. Fake:
I chose The Chainsaw Illusion because you sense are being fooled that the man actually got cut in half but your senses fool you

    Hoax:
I chose The Greatest Hoaxes That Fooled The World people would believe this because its something new or told its real because they heard about in a newspaper or the internet

    Propaganda:
I chose WWII: Intense Propaganda Posters because in war propaganda is showed to be one sided and that their side is good and the other country will invade them and destroy their way of life for the worst

  25. Hoax:
I chose “The Dam Busters” because it’s sad to hear that due to some joke, a radio station actually lost its listeners. In a way though the DJ’s deserve what they got because the whole flooding scheme happened once and the people were scared of it happening again, that’s why they reacted the way they did. People believe because it’s the radio, who doesn’t listen to the radio. Every day they have news flashes but they chose to do this joke at the wrong time. and place

    Fake:
I chose “Chainsaw Illusion” because it really did seem real but then again like it says it’s only an illusion. If u chose to read comments left on that page you actually get to read about how the trip is composed. People choose to believe because we tend to wait for things to happen. We really dont watch in detail everything that goes on and for that reason we miss the simple stuff. That’s how we are always fooled.

    Propaganda:
I chose to go in “WWII Intense Propaganda Posters” and picked picture #6 because it has a picture of a girl telling the others that they could do it. People believe this poster because of the fact that women weren’t serving in the War. It tried to bring women together and fight alongside men to show them that they too could fight.

  26. Faked Photos:
I chose the Unattainable Beauty. I think that people believed it because it is expected of models to look like that and it has become the norm and nobody questions it. I have worked with photoshop and can kind of see what was modified and how.

    Hoax:
I chose War of the Worlds. I think that people believed it because during that time, space exploration was at its highest and the world was interested in space and other extraterrestrial beings. When the radio told that story people believed it also because there was no visual aid so they trusted the radio man.

    Propaganda:
I chose picture 7 from WWII: Intense Propaganda Posters. People believed this was true because Hitler attacked first and started the war. He wanted everything in his control and people saw that as being evil.

  27. Fake:
I chose picture 12 from “A brief History of Photo Fakery.” I think people believed that all four missiles were launched because it was posted online and looked realistic. The photo was digitally altered so that the Iranian Revolutionary Guards wouldn’t look bad.

    Hoax:
I chose picture 2 from “The greatest hoaxes that fooled the world.” People believed that the fairies were real in the photo because it was still 1917. There were still beliefs of mystical creatures. This shows that people can get fooled by technology.

    Propaganda:
I chose picture 31 from “WWII: Intense Propaganda Posters.” This propaganda was to encourage and persuade the men to volunteer for the submarine service because they would get honored and would appeal to the women because they did something for their country.

  28. Hoaxes: Photo 3 of the fairy corpse would be believed because it looks like a real decayed corpse. So you wouldn’t know that it’s not real unless someone told you or if you touched it.

Fakery: Photo 11 of the added smoke made the picture look more dramatic because there was more smoke and the smoke was very dark and also made the damage from the attack look like more than it was. But if the real photo was not next to the fake one, then you wouldn’t know the diffrence.

Propaganda: Photo 6 of the WII: Intense Propaganda Posters is true because it actually happend. Since the men were away at war, the women had to drop the household chores and go out into the workforce to do the jobs that the men used to have before they went off to war.

  29. fake:Endured a tornado of fire of over 2000 degrees was definately fake because you just have to died it didnt convince me
hoaxes:the one where they made the ststue of libert vanished i feel like its fake but it was able to make the people believed it too
propaganda:i have to say photo 6 of ww2 because womens did have to work that mens used to do..

  30. Fake: “Unattainable Beauty”
People believe it because models are expected to look flawless and beautiful, but alot of them got photoshop or got surgery done. Sometimes they see what they get isn’t good enough but most likely what they got is too much. Alot of people can tell when peoples’ photos got worked on.

Hoax: “Beau Lotto: Optical illusions show how we see”
What they see is just what their mind make them see. People believe it because of what the mind and eyes are telling them. The illusions were believable at some point.

    Propaganda: “WWII: Intense Propaganda Posters”
This is believed because it was true. While men are out on wars, women are at home doing what others will expect, chores.

  31. Fake: “Unattainable Beauty” the image where Beyonce’s shade color was made darker. It’s interesting how people view a person’s skin color.I guess because Beyonce’s of lighter skin than what people typical think of an African American. They expect her to be darker.

Hoaxes: “the greatest hoaxes…” Taco Liberty Bell is definitely a joke. I don’t think anyone would really believe this unless their dumb. Because if this was truly true their would had been a big controversy and Taco Bell might be out of business by now. Money can’t buy everything.

Propaganda: “Even Babies Discriminate” this article is very true. I bet every person has somewhat discriminate one another because of tskin color or appearance. Even if theirs no ads to show it. It’s in t.v., movies and right in front of us. What we see can influence our thought about people.

  32. Propaganda WWII: I think propagandas are just one sided posters. They only show what they want people to see. They could have a poster with happy children in a camp but that’s only a cover. The children could be starving in that place or getting hurt. I think people believed these posters because they wanted to make everything look good for their people. They also were probably only shown half of the story and didn’t know the full truth about that poster.
Fake Top 10 Doctored Photos: I think people believed in these were because they weren’t there during that time. If they hadn’t had a history class they would see the first picture and say it was true when in fact they weren’t. The pictures were changed and you can barley see the difference. They would believe this with open arms is they believed everything that they see.
Hoax The Greatest Hoaxes That Fooled The World: These were widely believed due to the rising of technology. When people want to believe something that is outrages or just mess with peoples imaginations they create these elaborate hoaxes that later on are proven to be fake. Most people believe the first thing they see and set their minds on the fact that they seen it only in a secondary source like the internet. When in fact it was just people making it up.

  33. Fake Photos: I chose picture #3. Wow, I personally was fooled by the dead fairy corpse. peple would believe this because there are hands with gloves that makes it look scientific, so its understandable why people would fall for this, unless it was to be touched or seen in person.

Propaganda: I chose picture #1 in WWII Intense propaganda posters. The picture that has the KKK and other details in there. People look and judge pictures. Everything painted/drawed in the poster looks so informative that it would attract anyone and make it belive that this is how things went down.

Hoaxes: I chose picture #7, the picture with George W. Bush. The president isn’t stupid to have a book upside down, and especially if this was taken. people will do anything to have money, so they make the good people bad. I honestly believed it at first, so imagine what would happen if it was seen by someone with a greater mind. We shouldn’t believe everything we see.

    Peace…

  34. Fake: I chose Chainsaw Illusion because in this world called Earth, many unbelievable things can exist. From watching the video, my first thought was that he was a half man. The legs were probably being played by a short person. People believe these stuff because it’s entertaining and it makes you wonder.

Hoax: I chose The Greastes Hoaxes That Fooled the World because I notice that people like to play a prank or do something to impress themselves while not realizing they are making a fool of themselves. Believing things like this is only exaggeration.

Propaganda: Picture 8 from WWII seems to be a persuasive poster. With poster like this, people begin to have more motivation and believe they will win. The reason why is because there are three allies against one.

  35. Propaganda:

I picked Blackout! from “WWII: Intense Propaganda Posters” because it speaks with alot of fear towards people that in a way they might not know how to react with thought. They probably just reacted with fear.

    Hoaxes:

I picked the fairy corpse from “The greatest hoaxes that fooled the world” because the picture seemed so real. who wouldn’t want to believe that there were real fairies. The picture looked believable, it looked like an actual corpse and it was in an actual hand.

    Fake Photos:

I picked Hitler Meets with Leni Riefenstahl from “Top 10 Doctored Photos” because it has a little blur as if there was a ghost. I think people would believe it because its evidence. Its something that they can see so they believe.

  36. Faked Photos: I chose the chainsaw illusion because I knew from the start it was fake due to him not bleeding. People will believe this because it’s so interesting seeing a guy get cut in half and lived but what they don’t realize if one half of the body might not be his. This is why it’s called an illusion.

Hoaxes: I chose the greatest hoaxes that fooled the world because its hard proof of a fairy on someone hand. People believed this because of what it said in the background, police evidence and since police are the people who knows what right from wrong other follow.

Propaganda: I chose picture 7 from “WWII: Intense Propaganda Posters.” People will believe this photo because many people (especially the Jews) were captured and killed by him. Hitler was able to kill so much people which make it seem he was able to have the gut eat people because he killed so many people.

  37. fake photo
i pick the 2 phot because it looked like the real one except it is a little slightly different. if people dont get to see the real one then they will believe the other on is real

    hoaxes
the people havge prove that napolean is dead. also they have to believe what they see and what the upper classmen tell them. because the upper classment he a better knowledge

    propaganda
i choose the six photo because i believe that we can do it if we try, and i believe everyone can do it if they try.

  38. refix my misspell words

    fake photo
i pick the 2 photo because it looked like the real one except it is a little slightly different. if people dont get to see the real one then they will believe the other one is real

    hoaxes
the people havge prove that napolean is dead. also they have to believe what they see and what the upper classmen tell them. because the upper classment has a better knowledge

    propaganda
i choose the six photo because i believe that we can do it if we try, and i believe everyone can do it if they try.

  39. Fake: Under “A Brief History of Photo Fakery,” I picked photo 6 with Benito Mussolini on a horse. He was the leader of Italy, and so people gave respect to him. He appeared natural being on a horse welding a sword. There was little that people could notice when the photo itself looks normal.

Hoax: From “Top 10 Shocking Hoaxes,” I picked “War of the words” to explain. People were under the impression that an alien invasion was taking place because an adaptation of the book are read over the radio. When people become familiar to a radio station or television station, they believe anything that comes from them. Most people probably didn’t understand that this was just a book, not real news.

Propaganda: I picked picture 11 from “WWII: Intense Propaganda Posters” because it exemplifies three nations taking on Germany. People believed this because ending Hitler was the main objective. They knew that he was the leader of Germany. This propaganda gave the impression that if the three nations team up, then they can beat Germany.

  40. Fake: The fake photo I chose was the one with a soldier supposedly dieing in the Spanish Civil War. The soldier had an expression that looked like he’s happy to me and what are the chances that someone was there to take the picture.

Hoax:The fairy was the funniest hoax but that fairy looks real. the background shows that some policeman is examining it so it makes look real.

Propaganda: I chose the picture with two airplanes where on is Britain and the other I don’t really know but they are bombing someone. They are apparently allies though because they are shaking hands.

  41. fake:the faked picture i picked was the fairy picture. FAIRIES DON’T EXIST!!!!At least not in this world.
hoax: the hoax i picked was the one about a kid in a balloon. it was proven that it was a hoax, and it turned out that there was no kid flying in the balloon.the family was fined $500,000
propaganda: i picked the WWII Intense Propaganda Posters because it was interesting that the woman was dressed in a war outfit, and it was around when women weren’t allowed to fight in the war.

  42. For faked photos, I chose photo 9 in A Brief History of Photo Fakery. I chose this photo because I’ve recently watched a movie on this. Flags of our Fathers. People believe this photo of the the Marines putting the flag up on Iwo Jima because a photo was taken. What they didn’t know, was that this photo was taken after the real and first flag was put up. This picture was staged.

For hoaxed photos, I chose photo 24 of Monsters, kittens and aliens because most would think it to be a real spacecraft? We don’t actually know how one looks like, but we think this is so. Because of this, people believe this photo.

I chose photo 19 of WWII: Intense Propaganda Posters. Propaganda is bias, and so people would believe this picture if they followed the ways of Hilter.

  43. Fake Photo: Under “Top Ten Doctored Photos” i chose the one where Hitler removed Joseph Goebbels. People may have believed that Hitler removed Goebbels to protect his friend but he reality was that Goebbels angered Hitler and that was why he was removed.

Hoaxes: Under “Top Ten Shocking Hoaxes” i chose War of the Worlds. A lot of people at that time did believe in people from other worlds so this event played on some people fears.

Propaganda: I chose the WWII Propaganda posters. These posters are made for people to believe in them and make you feel a certain way. So that when you would see one you would wan to buy a war bond or join the army or navy.

  44. Fakery : I chose photo number 6 under “A Brief History of Photo Fakery” because Benito Mussolini took a photo that contained a man handling his horse, but they erased that man in the photo to make Benito seem more heroic even though they edited the photo.

Hoax : I chose photo number 3 under “Monsters, kittens and aliens: the greatest hoaxes that fooled the world” because it looks so real, but then, who believes in Fairies? People must be dumb to believe in Fairies.

Propaganda : I chose photo number 3 under “WWII: Intense Propaganda Posters” because they are demonstrating that when the husbands go to war, their wives are sleeping around with mans.

  45. Fake: I chose picture 9 in “A Brief History of photo Fakery”. I chose this one because it was proven that the people in the picture weren’t the real people who put the flag up in Iwo.
Hoax: I chose the Fairy picture in Monsters, kittens and aliens because we all know that so far fairys aren’t real.
Propaganda: I chose WWII intense propoganda because during WWII both countries posted stuff talking bad about each other making extreme accusations.

  46. Fake: The fairt pictures, now do fairy really exist? Yes they do, in Peter Pan. But in the real world…they do not

Hoax:top 10 hoaxes, a balloon that didnt fly. If an article starts off with “It will surely be one of the strangest tales”, you should already know..it has not been proven to be true.

Prop: the WWII picture, the liberator. Haha, uhm that just shows how things are a little too bias.

  47. Fake; I chose the “Illusion” of Penn and Teller in The “Bullet Catch”. I chose this because it is impossible to actually catch a bullet let alone having the bullet in one piece after hiting an object.

Hoax; I chose the image of the alien from the Monsters, kittens and aliens:.. becuase there were no film evidence that the government would have taken, let alone the suspicions around aliens. Are they true or not? we will only know in time.

Propaganda; I chose the WWII intense propaganda about Hitler being an Insatiable cannibal. I chose it becuase it shows how far the people tried to make Hitler the world;s worst person.

  48. Fake: I chose “Chainsaw Illusion” because it seem too fake to be true. Like, where are the blood? I think that the trick they used was awesome, but it’s fake how the men react to the chainsaw when it supposively cut him into 2.

Hoax: I chose “The Greatest Hoaxes That Fooled The World” because I’m sure people would believe it. There’s not a lot of people who are willing to fool other people and fake their own death.

Propaganda: I chose the 4th picture from “WWII Intense Propaganda” because it’s not surprising that Hitler/Nazis stabbing the Bible. I mean Hitler is a dictator, the Bible is a Holy Book, not a book of war.

  49. Fake:
I chose the second video of chainsaw illusion because one reason why people would believe this is real because an audience was invited to the stage, to probably “prove” that an unprofessional witnessed it. And from that, other audiences would believe this illusion to be true, seeing the innocent “guest” on stage’s reaction.

    Hoax:
I chose the third topic “The Balloon that Didn’t Fly” from the Top 10 Shocking Hoaxes. People would believe this because it appeared on the news and a story like this rarely happens in real life, making it stand out in the eyes of most people, and even the news stations who present the stories. Because the story was so uncommon, and were given no details on how the hoax was covered up before it was revealed, a majority of people would find no reason to question it unless they’d really look into it.

    Propaganda:
I chose propaganda 7 from WWII: Intense Propaganda Posters. I think people would believe this because it signifies the Bible, which brings in religion and as a result, seemingly involving Christians, who would be moved by this porpaganda. Such a picture would evoke even harsher feelings towards Hitler and the Nazis in addition to the hatred towards them due to their ruthless actions upon the Jews during the Holocaust.

  50. Fake: I chose chainsaw illusion, because its your beautiful eyes that are being tricked by the illusion played.
Haox: I chose image 3 from 10 Most Famous Doctored Photos. I chose this because, how can the camera actually exist with all that burning and falling?
Propaganda: I chose image #13, because a picture of two ugly hands on each side of a mommy and a baby, shows that its going to keep safety for their family. And so of course they’re going to buy it.
