  1. I think people believe what they see because when they see it, it makes them believe that it is real because they are able to see it without any evidence.

  2. I think people believe what they see because that’s what they’re told to believe/see. Instead of taking the liberty of seeing for themselves they just start seeing what other people tell them to see and/or because they want to see what the others see. Just like in the Chainsaw illusion, they have it well covered up. Magic and the Brain, it shows the fading and the lighting and shadows; shows how to perceive the photo.

  3. Fake….(photos which are not genuine and just are taken or made for popularity).. For this section i will choose 3rd photo from 10 most famous Doctored Photos because i look like plane is lower to the person in behind of him which seems to be going to hit the building where the person is standing and there is no airport behind there which can show that the plane is at lower height because its just take off from there so that’s why its a fake and people knows that if its real then how could the person did not heard plane’s sound…..

Hoax…..(To deceive someone with a practical joke)… For this section I’ll choose 4th video from Optical And Audio Illusions because when we look at the video firstly we don’t feel anything but after sometime our eyes settle itself according to the thing which we are watching which is that hallucinating video so after 1 minute when we look somewhere else than video we finds those things moving like video because our eyes are settled to watch that hallucination so it takes time to come back to normal situation this is a type of practical joke that makes people think that everything is moving like the video but actually they know that’s its not true…

Propaganda…… (Information which is especially of biased or misleading nature which promotes or publicize a particular type of political issue or point of view. A propaganda can make people think positive or negative about a certain issue)…..For this section I’ll choose The Raspyni Brothers Juggle And Jest because It makes people think positive about trying something new and with practice everyone becomes good at that so i makes people think about a issue of doing practice and try something new will help you to learn in life………. The Raspyni Brothers tries the same thing and gets perfect at their tricks which they mentioned at the begning of the video

  4. Fake Photo: I chose the photo of the fake fairy corpse. I chose this photo because many times the line between reality and imagination are blurred or made hardly visible when one is convinced with faulty proof or information that in most cases would be found hard to believe without the false information given. Also, when such things like fairies that have long been introduced through imaginative adventurous stories that we have long wished be made true become a part of our reality, we tend to be easily persuaded by just enough information to convince ourselves that what has long been false and imaginative to be true and reality. Which explains why a great amount of people (including myself) believed something such as the existence of fairies.
Propaganda: I chose the photo of the American soldier supposedly being held hostage by Iraqi’s though a toy manufacturer claimed that the soldier looked similar to that of an action figure of his. This photo waws obviously posted as a form of propaganda to anger the American people into supporting the war against Iraq. A likely explanation for why people would believe this photo is to find a reason to justify the desire to go to war with Iraq before seeing the photo. So once given a ‘good enough’ reason to justify that desire they took it.
Hoax: I chose the hoax of the discovery of journal entries by Adolf Hitler. This hoax tricked many people because of the fascinating fact that an important part of history might have been discovered. Whether they might find more thoughts behind the mind of one of the darkest leaders of all time or any signs of simpathy for those who he made his victims. Things like this make hoaxes like these easy to believe.

  5. Fake: For fake, i chose “A Brief History of Photo Fakery”. Pictures are most likely edit & photoshopped. As human beings, we believe in what we see, regardless of the fact that it has been edit or not. It all just depends on how good the job was. From a modern point of view, we wouldn’t think that there was photoshop back in days.
Hoaxes: I chose “Top 10 Shocking Hoaxes”, Hoaxes are news that are made up for people to believe or they can be actual news with a twist to it. Most people wouldnt believe it but others will. At times, it seem so real that it just couldnt be fake.
Propaganda: “WWII Propaganda”, Back in World War 2, propagrandas were made for people to believe that whatever they’re getting into was worth it. Propagranda can somewhat be like advertisement.
