  1. Perception: Using scientific method, you have to observe your experimentation. And decide how you see it.
Emotion: You have to see what kind of effect the experiment has on you.
Language: What you say has an effect on the outcome of the scientific method result.
Reason: You have to use facts and decide how the scientific method is correct or not.

Knowledge Issue Question: Why does scientific method give us reasons to tell us how to live our life?

  2. How can science relate to the four ways of knowing?
Perception: You have to use your five senses to judge how you make a opinion on something.
Language: Science has its own complicated language that stands for something.
Reason: Science uses a lot of reasons to support thier claims to be true.
Emotion: Science doesn’t really relate to emotion.

  3. I learned that the scientific method has been used over 100 years ago. It may not answer all the answers but it can help solve some. How was the scientific method limited so that people’s perceptions would not be so broad?

    The four ways of knowledge:

Emotion- Emotion can cause a person to think a certain way during the process of scientific method.

Perception- Each person has their own perception when it comes to analyzing data in the scientific method. The outcome of the scientific method may vary due to the people’s perception.

Reason – The scientific method is formed with reasons and is split up due to the reason and explanation.

Language – I think that the scientific method is another form of language. I think that it is the scientific language. Also it may be interpreted differently and have different meanings to the variety of things.

  4. Emotion-Emotion can get in the way of science bcause people may be biased in doing their experiment.
Language-we must use language to be able to tell others how to replicate the experiment.
Reason-We use reason to find support for our hypothesis when interpreting the data from the experiment.
Perception-We use perception to find observe.

  5. Reasoning can be used in the scientific method because you can use it to find false statements and to read data correctly. Language can be used by helping others replicate the experiemnt and Emotions can be biased to your experiment. Perception can be used because you have to use your senses to know what your doing. Mathematics is used by the data collected like graphs and frmulas that ar used.

  6. How can you check your answer the fastest way after you finish your experiment? & What if you messed up somewhere in the middle but not know it? I also understand that is why other people try your experiments too but….

  7. Ways of Knowing:
Emotion is used in natural science by people can be totally biased upon it and ways of science as well.
Perception is used by observing with our eyes and presenting while hearing others persent as well by using hearing and our other pereption skills.
Ethics is related to natural science by people can believe towards there own morals and not believe there methods of natural science.
Math is related by many ways because you can use it in math and other subject and other ways.

  8. How can the scientific method be use other than in science?

Reason: In order to write make up a hypothesis, you would have to reason out what the result of your experiment.

Perception: In order to write a conclusion you have to use your five senses and described what had happened in your experiment and why you think it happened.

Language: It depends on how you write down your hypothesis.

    Emotions: Doesn’t relate to emotions.

  9. emotions: you could be biased on your answer and change it
reason: reasoning your answer out and reasoning you SM
Language:we use language to tell people about our experiments
perception: we use it to observe!

  10. Emotion-Emotion can be used here because different people could have a different opinion on what they are testing, as in one could like it while the other doesn’t.
Language-we use Language to eplain our findings.
Reason-We use reason to find support for our hypothesis when interpreting the data from the experiment.
Perception-We use perception to see what we want to test out.

  11. perception is aprt of it because everyone may see an expirement differentl. Emotion relates to it because you have to see what kind of effect the experiment has on you.
Language reltes to it because of what you say has an effect on the outcome of the scientific method result you also have to make it readable to othr scient.
    Reason: You haveist.
Knowledge Issue Question: How does “scientific method” affect our living stylres or life.

  12. The scientific method relates to the 4 ways of knowing because:

Emotions: You can use your emotions to have a passion to want to research something. For the most part when you research something using the scientfic method you have a passion for it affects how you feel.

Language: Language is used in the scientific method because that is how you explain your experiment. Its how you translate your experiment and results.

Perpception: Perception is used in the scientific method because you can use it to perceive your experiment. Your results are ,in a way, gathered by how you perceive things.

Reason: Reason is used in the scientific method because you can use it to reason out the completely obsure imformation from the reasonable one.

  13. Ways of knowing:
Reason affect the scientific method because the scientific method is what we base off of our theories and lifestyle.

The scientific method is communication that affects language of what we say and hypothesize.

Perception, what we see, hear, touch, and taste can affect our thinking and outcome of a situation.

Emotion affects the scientific method because accurate information can be changed to false when the satisfactory is not met.

  14. Natural science is related to emotion by people using there own feelings to make there own decision and also be biased.
Natural science is related to perception by make observations.
Natural science is related to ethics by using there morals.
Naturl science is related to math by being similar in steps since it can be used both sides.
Don’t hate me cause you ain’t be 😉

  15. The scientific methods helps determine if your hypothesis (what you think) is correct or not. You test it and then see if your hypothesis is correct with the observations/data collected.

Emotion: emotion can affect the ways of knowing because different people may feel different things and how they feel will depend on how they will act and what actions they would take for the scientific method.

Perception: The scientific method can be biased and may alter how we may analyze what actually happened during the experiment.

Language: Language can determine what we see and hypothesize.

Reason: We may base our observations, analysis, and data on our lifestyles.

I learned that the scientific method can be used for anything. If you ask a question, there is a process of steps to answer that question, and it should be based on facts also. One thing can have many scientific method/experiments upon it; like diseases & even cooking.

  16. Perception: We use our 5 senses to seek the experiment of the scientific method.
Emotion: Emotion do not really relate to this unless people put their emotions into what they are experimenting.
Language: We use language to explain what we did with the scientific method and how we use it.
Reason: To tell if the experiment is true or not and the use of the scientific method to identify it.
Knowledge issue question: How can the scientific method be used to relate to our religious beliefs?

  18. How does the scientific method relate to the four ways of knowing?

Emotion: I don’t really see how science relates to emotions.

Perception: Everything that is observed in an experiment is percepted differently by everyone.

Language: We use language to explain our experiments and tell others how to replicate them.

Reason: Reason was used to make the scientific method and the concepts behind why it exists.

  19. Perception:You use your perception to view your experiment as you collect the data as well as to see your result.(not to mention to formulate a scientific question in the first place)

Language:Language is at the core along with reason. Without language how can you communicate your experiment as well as your findings?

Reason:Reason is the core of the scientific method. You use reason to analyze your data and come up with a conclusion, thus, answering your experimental question.

  20. Emotion: natural sciences relate to emotion because your experiment result can not be affected by your emotions.

Language: you have to use correct vocabulary when writing lab reports

Reason: you use reason when observing your experiment o get to a conclusion.

Perception: you use perception when you observe your experiment. You look at it, smell it, or maybe listen.

  21. How can science relate to the four ways of knowing?
Perception:In sience everything has to be view closely to make sense.
Language:Science itself is its own language that is use to answer question that is known to be impossible to answer.
Reason: Science uses reasoning to prove many theory and to make a point.
Emotion: Science is somthing to be discover and when new types of science is discover it creates a exciting feeling.

  22. SM sometimes succeeds and fails. Even if it succeeded or failed, we still learn something. What if there was no SM developed? Where would the world be?

  23. The scientific methods relates to the ways of knowing
Reason – It uses reason by finding information to solve a problem or improve something that you have a question about
Emotion – it uses emotion because emotions are caused by the brains which can be observed and tested for ways to help emotional problem
Perception – it uses perception because in science you have to observe and collect data by your observations that cannot be calculated by machines
Language – overall science has its own language they use and make new words to new discoveries that have been made so language is always changing in science

  24. I really learned a lot of new things.
Perception: get a closer look at what you are oberserving because you might miss something very important.

Emotion: you may feel sad for something but you have to get over that fear and dig deeper into your observation.

Language: you must use all your communication to interact with one another

  25. Reason:Scientists use reason to come up with their hypothesis and what they think will happen during an experiment.
Perception:We observe what we want to experiment and look at the outcome with our own perspective.
Language:We conclude our experiment by writing down and explaining the process.
emotion:emotion plays a role in why we want to test something because it’s something that we are interested in. Sometimes emotion can influence what we want to see in the outcome.

  26. Perception: we use our senses to use the scientific method.

Emotion: Use use emotion to research what is more imprtant to us, because we have been curious and affected by it.

Resason: We reason out the scientific methods if is correct or not.

language: we use language to explain our experiments. different scientific terminology .

  27. Knowledge Issue: Why is it argued that science does not tell us how to live? As far as I am concerned, religion, health, and our galaxy are full of science. Yet, people think that it’s just because of “GOD” why things are the way it is. It may be, but GOD didn’t create vicodine. Just saying.

  28. How do we determine or assume something based on knowledge obtained from an observation if people observe things differently and from a different persepective? If made how is its accuracy?

  29. How has the scientific method influence the modern world we live in?
How can the scientific method be improved, so that knowledge can become more complex?

  30. Knowledge Issue: To what extent does science tell us the origin of things? Some people believe that humans were originated from apes/monkeys. Some people believed that humans were created by God’s image. And some people don’t even care about it. Can we believe the results of the scientific methods?

  31. Is there really a way to test your hypothesis? If you make a mistake in a trial, of course you’ll have to re-do it, but what if you don’t know you made a mistake in your experiment. So maybe there are proven hypothesis’s that are really wrong and we’ll never know.
